1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using AuraLogical, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service.

2. Description of Service

AuraLogical is a wholesale marketplace platform that connects Nigerian hair vendors to purchase beauty supplies at group rates. We facilitate orders, coordinate pickups, and provide business growth resources to our members.

3. Membership

Membership is open to hair stylists, wig makers, braiders, and beauty professionals in Nigeria. We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason.

• Founding members receive free lifetime access
• Standard membership fees apply after founding member limit is reached
• Members must provide accurate information during registration
• Accounts are non-transferable

4. Orders and Payments

All orders are subject to availability and confirmation. Prices are subject to change based on supplier costs. Payment is due on pickup unless otherwise arranged.

5. Pickup and Delivery

Orders must be picked up at designated hubs within 3 days of notification. Shipping to other cities is available at additional cost. Risk of loss passes to buyer upon pickup or delivery.

6. Returns and Refunds

Products may be inspected before payment. No returns accepted after pickup except for defective products reported immediately. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
